Priorities
Readiness
Number ONE priority - getting our students ready for success beyond high school. So at graduation, they are ready - ready for college or ready to pursue employment in a vocational trade or a technical career or ready for military service. I want our schools to empower our students, so they are ready to begin building their futures and their families.
Transparency
I value transparency and accountability in governance. Parents, the community, and the taxpayers have the right to know what is going on with their children and with the financial resources that are allocated to our district. I will do my part to ensure that decision-making processes are inclusive, transparent, and responsive to the needs of our parents and the greater school community.
Quality
I am committed to maintaining high academic standards and ensuring that every student receives a quality education. I will vote to implement a curriculum that prioritizes the foundational and essential subject areas, provides necessary resources, and supports innovative teaching methods to promote academic excellence.
Teacher Support and Development
Supporting our educators is paramount. I will advocate for professional development opportunities, fair compensation, and a positive work environment to attract and retain talented teachers who are dedicated to student success.
Safety and
Well-being
Prioritizing safety and well-being for all students and staff is essential. I am committed to fostering a secure and stable learning environment that promotes physical, emotional, and social well-being for all in the district.
